Extremely high blood pressure at night

Hi, I'm a 28 year old male, for the last 6 month i had a whole bunch of weird symptomes and spent around 5000$ for all kind of tests. Most of my symptomes pretty much disappeared by now that's why I don't write them here.

the only thing that I still have is that my blood pressure is going every evening up sometimes just slightly for a short time and sometimes up to 170/110 for the whole night. Usually around lunch times it goes down to 120/80 before it starts rising again later in the day. I already got my thyroid hormones checkt and they are ok. My doctor gave me now Adesan (candesartan cilexetil 16mg) which keeps the blood pressure slightly lower but still doesn't explain the cause.

Anyone an idea what's going or what tests I should do to figure out what is going on? My doctor doesn't seem to know what else todo.

thanks

Kind Regards
