Extremely tired

For the past few days my sleep has been off and sometimes very little bit I notice the other day after a big panic attack I got extremely drowsy like my fast heart rate sucked out all of my energy like I was fighting to keep my eyes open almost.. then today I'll wake up and yawn like I'm still tired then eventually I'll get that drowsy feeling again like I'm fighting to stay awake.. is this normal? I'm scared I'm going to close my eyes and won't open them again

We can use up a lot of energy with anxiety and panic. It’s tiring on every part of our body including our muscles, our breathing, thinking etc.
Get extra rest when you need it. Do not be afraid to fall asleep because any symptoms of anxiety including feeling exhausted, Rapid heart beat, etc.will not hurt you. Your body needs extra sleep during this time.
When you fall sleep your body automatically takes over everything including your breathing so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. You’re just very tired from stress so give your body a rest.
If you have a hard time falling asleep, listen to some great audio meditations on YouTube for sleep, anxiety, depression, panic or anything you want. There’s also relaxing sleeping music or nature sounds like the ocean, rain, etc. Use some earbuds if you have them for a better effect.
You’re going to be just fine. Take care of yourself. 🌸🌸🌸

Wowww idk how many days but I believe I lost 50lbs within a 6 month period I would literally starve myself for 4-5 every once and a while like I just could not eat and I really don't know why like food made me nauseous.. my weight dropped so fast.. then after that 4th or 5th day that hunger strike would come and I could eat a little.. bit my mom would bring me chicken soup and I would chew the noodles and spit them back out. It' was horrible

Are you taking any medications for your Anxiety ?. Sometimes certain medications can cause problems associated with tiredness. Yawning, I suffer from that and it can be quite embarrassing. I fall asleep next to a large flat screen TV and as I aake sometimes I see someone on the screen and I think someone strange is watching over me, frightening.
Been tired in the winter months are a common problem, Here on the Scottish Border, lack of sunlight can make me sleepy. Roll on Easter/Summer

If you are suffering Anxiety, and you find you are unable to cope, medications can be an option.
Have you tried these new lights that help you get sufficient sun in winter. They were on sale in Aldi a few weeks ago cost about twenty pounds each
There has been some good reports and they seem to help with mood
