Eye drooping

Don’t know if I should post this in this form or not, but I’ll give it a try.

For about 6 months my eye has been doing something weird. Basically I get this feeling in my eye like it’s drooping. I look in the mirror my eye is more closed than the other one. But the thing Is it last for about 10 seconds then goes back to normal. And the feeling Is only in my eye. Not in my face. Sometimes it happens everyday sometimes it stops for a couple a weeks and then starts back up. Anyone expiernce this before. Should I be worried

This could be something as simple as being constantly overtired. If you think this is maybe the cause then try to get some early nights, staying off all computers/laptops/phones for about an hour before sleep .

If you feel it may be getting worse you should see a professional.

If it is a droopy eyelid (Ptosis), it could be several reasons:

    ~ age-based dropping (Involutional Ptosis)

~ a defect in the levator muscle

    ~ excessive eye swelling

You may want to monitor it, by taking photos to compare when your eyelid looks normal and when you notice it is droopy.
