Eye drops causes shortness of breath

Posted , 1 user is following.

I am daily using Prednisolone with a.o. the side effect of increasing the eye ball pressure. To prevent glaucoma I am using eye drops Latanoprost (Monoprost, Xalof). Where I am an asthma patient the use of these kind of drops causes shortness of breath on exertion.

Perhaps one of the readers recognizes this problem. My eye specialist has no solution for it. Because the serious shortness of breath makes me unable being active I am looking for patients with the same experience, with the hope some of them found a solution. Please react!
