Eye floaters, blurry vision, tingling sensations in eyelid and bridge of nose for 31 Year old Male

  1. Two months ago, the top of the right eye started feeling a little heavy, and it felt that for movement, more effort was required. Also, the forehead above the eye would pain, and also the back of the eye would pain a little. At times the entire forehead would pain. Along with that, the right eye lid used to flutter a lot on its own, and even if it was touched with the hand. It would also flutter when closing the eye lids.
  2. Visited an ophthalmologist, and he found nothing wrong with the eye, but suggested to visit a neurologist.
  3. Meanwhile, the right vision became a little blurry, with few eye floaters visible.
  4. Alight pins and needles begin to happen one day, and the following day, visited a neurologist. He checked and said that it is being caused by anxiety (have high pulse rate always). Pins and needles went away that day.
  5. The blurry vision and eye floaters also went away in few days, but the eye lid fluttering used to happen at times along with a sensation on the top of the bridge of the nose, towards the right. Also, some tingling sensation could be felt on the entire circumference of the head, albeit very intermittent.
  6. Slight pins and needles happened for two to three days along with little bit of nausea. Visited the neurologist, and he again said it is due to anxiety.
  7. Around five days ago, the same pressure on top of the right eye came back, along with slight pain behind both the eyes. The eye floaters came back, and also, this time, there were few floaters on the left eye too.
  8. Went to an ophthalmologist, and he examined both eyes thoroughly but did not find anything abnormal. Vision is almost 6/6. The slight sensation on top of the nose bridge still remains when closing the eye lids.

Please suggest.
