Eye hurts and closes when in a room

Hello.

In the past few days i've been having this problem. Whenever am in a room, my eye sometimes suddenly starts hurting. I don't know how to explain it exactly its not really a headache nor an inside the eye pain its like my eyes auto start closing and when i try to open it it hurts with a little blurry vision, like 6% blurry, and even when i close my eyes it keeps on hurting in the top of the inside of my eye, sometimes in order to reduce the pain i put some pressure on the right side of my head or on top of my eye, as pain always starts with the right eye, and while am doing pressure i can open my eyes normally with no pain but when i stop the pressure the pain is back.

This happens sometimes when am in a room looking at some points on the ground or sometimes when looking at people, sometimes it starts when am sitting down and someone passes by me and sometimes it starts when i think about it and that made me think if its just a psychological thing or a real disease.

I want to know if this is a disease or?Please help me out and thank you.
