eye pressure

hello... i will try to make it short.

i am 38 years, and went to optiometrist to see if my glasses have to be changed (i wear plus 0,75 at both eyes for 10 years, this remained the same). Normally the optiometrist here in my country does not check eye pressure, this new one did.

With the portable tonopen i had 30 in both eyes, so she reffered me to the opthamologist as being glaucoma suspect.

I went , and had the pressure taken with the air puff, there i had 28. After that, the pressure was measured with the contact tonometer (mechanic and electronic display), and the eye pressure was 22. I was prescriped one week of eyedrops and pills for eye pressure, and went for the 2nd checkup. After 1 week, eye pressure at air puff was 24 (so not a big improvement), and with with the mechanichal tonometer 12.

Corneea was measured with the microscop (so not ultrasound pahimetry), and has a thickness of 580 in both eyes.

Next week i have the appointment for everything (CT, gonioscopy, etc). As i read on internet, thickness of my cornea is above average, but from what i understand, not thick enough to cause such deviations between the air puff and mechanic tonometer. Anyone has similar experiences?

Thank you
