IS THIS NORMAL? My eye is very itchy, my vision is blurry. I took a photo and I saw a little bump I was wandering if anyone knows what this is

It could be a cyst or it could be a pingueculum, which can give the symptoms you describe. Neither are cancerous, but need careful monitoring as they can develop. You really need to see a doctor to decide which it is. You may have an infection in the eye as well, and need some antibiotic drops.
