I suffer from something strange, my right eye is smaller than the left eye, there is a slight drooping of the eyelid, what should I do please help someone told me it requires Surgery

If its only slight , ask yourself is it really necessary to have surgery? If its severe or getting worse then surgery is usually the only option. If you are in UK see your doctor or you need an ophthalmologist.
