Not sure where or what I should be looking at.  Does this itch,or hurt  or affect your sight in any way?

i think is kind of inflamtion. no hurt, nothing. i take antibiotics few days ago. maybe is side effect?

I dont think antibiotics will cause this.    If it doesnt hurt or itch its probably just a mild reaction to [possibly] dirt or dust getting in your eye and will get better on its own. If it gets bigger or starts to irritate then you need to see a doctor. Dont rub your eye. Which antibiotics are you taking?

Are you using Sinersul for acne[spots] on your face?    If you have put it near your eye or rubbed your eye accidentally while having some on your fingers it may have caused this reaction.     Always wash your hands after using antibiotic cream and keep hands away from your eyes.      Giant papillary conjunctivitis usually only occurs in people who use contact lenses all the time...you would have other irritable symptoms as well.   If you visit the specialist in a few days that will probably put your mind at rest.             If you are looking at a laptop a lot then you must remember to blink. This may sound strange but a lot of screen users do not blink as much as they should,so normal dirt and debris is not washed away quickly enough. Over time this can lead to dry eye conditions.

plymicol cream. could be one of this 2 things. i dont feel any dry condition. i am not cerfull with the hands. but i dint notice outside reaction. what about previus life cold winter outside?

what i need to do now?

Plymicol is an antifungal agent.  Again,if you had it on your fingers and then touched or rubbed your eyes it could cause this reaction, but usually it would sting or itch.  I can only repeat that if it doesnt sting, itch or get larger,it will probably reduce on its own. You dont have dry eyes so that is not the problem.      Cold could be a mild irritant but usually only affects those wth dry eyes.     If you are very concerned then only your doctor or consultant can put your mind at rest.  I dont think I can help any more.      Dont keep pulling down your eyelid to look at it,this will only irritate it.    Try directing a warm water shower at your closed eye...no soap or shower gel near the eye. It may help.
