Eye shingles

I have been recently diagnosed with shingles in the eye (ophthalmic shingles). I am on anti-virals, but my eyelid became really swollen today . Does anyone have experience of this? When will the swelling reduce?

My eye feels like it has an eyelash in it, it waters all the time. Does anyone know if those are worrying symptoms? My unaffected eye is blind due to an unrelated issue, so I am very scared

Also, I feel really unwell with no appetite. Is this normal?
