Eye socket dull pain and head ache

Hello ladies. I have this dull eye pain in my right eye that leads into my head. Have any of you had this ? Is it peri ?

Hi sweetheart, yes and yes I have that,have had a ct scan of my brain all normal,had a full eye exam all normal so I have put all symptoms I'm going through to meno hope you feel better soon hope we Meno sufferers all do x

Thank you Angie for your reply. Its good to know that you had what i am going through and everything came out fine. I am not planning to book for an appointment because of the corona virus but grateful to know this is all due to peri/ meno. This pain had been ongoing for a week now and i am so bothered. Tylenol helps a bit and hoping that it will be over soon. Thank you so much. God bless

Can you do an e-visit? Describe your symptoms n get a diagnosis n script.

hi there are all sorts of weird symptoms you can get with peri menopause, I haven't had eye pain but did have jaw pain. I would recommend though that you speak to an optician if you haven't had your eyes checked in a while, just to rule anything else out. know it is bit difficult at the moment with lockdown but am sure they would see you if you are having problems. an eye test can see all sorts of other problems as well not just whether you need glasses or not. good luck x

Hi am66. thank you so much for your reply. I plan on visiting the optician after the virus ceases and the lock down. until then its Tylenol and prayers hoping that it settles. I also had jaw pain in the past which has now thankfully left. This peri is taking its toll hoping that i get some relief soon. Thank you once again. God Bless

I get dry eyes, pressure headache. also when I massage my eyes its painful. Going to visit my optician next week. I'm in perimenopause.

Hello Kadija. Thanks for the reply. I also have dry eyes and feel like bits of grain and salt is in my upper eyelids at times. This ongoing eye pain and headache is such a nightmare. After things settle down with the virus i will be booking an appointment. Thanks you once again. God Bless

Hi hon...it probably is peri . I've had what you described and been checked like you have been. Turns out it was a combination of dry eyes and a sinus infection...both an indirect result of peri. Estrogen drops =dry everything.
Isn't this fun??!! Hugs....
