I am currently receiving jobseekers allowance (NI contributions only). Can I get an eye test for free or would I have to pay?

Hi Mark,
I'm afraid Contribution Based JSA doesn't entitle you to free NHS treatment. If you're household Income is low then you can fill out an HC1 low income form, this may then entitle you to the NHS treatment. You will need to send the form off and wait for a reply as to whether or not you'll be entitled to the treatment.
