Eye twitch and Headaches

Im an active 32 year old with an office job spending 7-8 hours in front of a computer each day.

Around 10 days ago my lower eyelid started twitching intermittently and has steadily continued to do so. I have also had pain behind my eyes and a headaches now and again. The pain has rarely been significant but enough to notice.

Any ideas on what this could be or has anyone had something similar?

    I know it sounds stupid but have you had your eyes tested recently? I have something similar and I got my eyes tested and they have become slightly long sighted. I am also short sighted and I need new varifocal glasses as I have eyestrain. I don't know if it is the reason for the twitching, but eyestrain can give you headaches and eye pain.
