i have eye twitching every day and its really bugging me, i know stress can cause this but everyday!? and face twitches sometimes to

    it’s very common with anxiety! I get that also off and on for many years. And yes it can happen daily. Nothing serious just another symptom of our friend anxiety.try to reduce your anxiety by relaxing your mind. Lots of great meditations on YouTube. You’re going to be fine!

      thank you!! i will try that. Do you ever feel like pressure or something at your eyes? I get it with my right eye and thats where i get the twitching too!

    oh yes. I get eye pressure as well as head pressure. I also noticed that when I have a lot of screen time, the eye and head pressure increases. so I’m trying to be careful how much time I spend online. But the nervous system is very sensitive to anxiety so that’s why there are so many symptoms people get with anxiety. It’s harmless but very annoying. ❤

      thank you! You are right, it is very annoying!! I notice it all the time and it puts me off a lot!! I am now trying to decrease my stress levels and my coffee etc to see if it makes a difference as its really uncomfortable and hard to deal with! Thank you for your reply!! X

    Mine does it when my iron or magnesium is low. When low my anxiety comes back! Have you had both levels checked?

      had my iron checked a while ago, never magnesium but will look into it thank you!! x
