Eyelid and arm twitching

About 3 weeks ago I developed a twitch in my lower left eyelid. About a week later this progressed to also my right eyelid and I've had twitching in my left arm. I've taken some vitamins to see if it would help and have tried to get more sleep, I've also cut out coffee completely. My back has been at me about a week and a half. Like knots in my upper back on both sides of my shoulder blades. I'm thinking could be be a nerve or something. I also have pressure across my nose and just under my eyes too. Anyone else experience anything like this before? The eyelid twitching only really happens if I'm moving around or coughing or sneezing etc .

Coffee isnt the issue, i think stress and blood flow is the issue. Exercise your eyes with your hands whenever having a twitch.

I have been experiencing similar symptoms. My right upper eyelid twitches whenever I blink tightly (yawning / sneezing) for a few seconds then stops. It's been going on for 3 weeks now. I also had some twitching in my right arm. Have you had your vitamin / iron levels checked? Sometimes a deficiency in one of these can cause twitching. I had mine checked but they all came back normal so I've been referred for an MRI scan - (something else to worry about!) Let me know if you find out what it is.

My right upper eyelid has started to twitch over the last week, I also have constant sour taste and sticky excess saliva and my eyes over the last 12 months have got worse, have nausea and racing heart and developed tinnitus lately too amongst other things. I've had bloods, ultrasound scan, MRI on brain, heart checked, blood pressure checked which is a little high and nothing has been found. Tried all sorts of medication but just don't feel right and we you know you know. It can be very worrying at times.
