Eyelid twitching and nose too with pressure

hi all, about 4 weeks ago I developed a twitch in my lower left eyelid. About a week later this progressed to also my right lower eyelid and I've had twitching in my left arm which has now stopped in the last few days . I've taken some vitamins to see if it would help and have tried to get more sleep, I've also cut out coffee completely. I also have pressure across my nose and just under my eyes too which has sort of subsided but now my nose is also twitching. Anyone else experience anything like this before? The eyelid twitching only really happens if I'm moving around or coughing or sneezing etc . If I go for a run they are constantly twitching/ quivering.

Male 40, 5 foot 8 and 165 pounds. Non smoker and non drinker.
