Eyemax lens London Eye Hospital

Hi having recently had Eyemax lens fitted at London Eye Hospital which didn’t work and now my eyesight is worse than before surgery.Just wondered if there is anybody else out there who has suffered the same as me.

    I'm so sorry to hear this. I have not heard of any genuine success stories of London Eye Hospital.

    It appears they do not help people when their ops do not work and do not offer refunds.

    We had some dealings with them a few years ago, where my mothers operation was cancelled the day before, but we had already paid their extortionate fees, and only when we shamed them on social media did they repay us, after many months.

    I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to LEH.

    I hope you can get some help at another hospital for your eyes.

    You could try contacting the BBC LEH. If enough people contact them they may do a report on them.

      Hi thank you for your reply yes it’s true they do not pay refunds just con you into surgery that would never work and the only good reviews are on their website.

      Barbara, I wrote that to Paul. Paul didn't send you a private message, I sent him one. You can see who is addressing who where it says "andi77 ) paul 22806" - that means I was responding directly to Paul.
