has anyone had problems with their eyes please, i keep getting weird feelings in mine, not all the time, but just started about half an hour ago, so weird.
I suppose its a side effect of pred, trying now to decrease from ten to eight, on three days of eight then back to nine for a few days.

Think you need to be a bit more specific as to what the weired feeling are Madmags ! I have only been on steroids since July but optician (during my annual check up) has said I have early stages of cataracts - I must surely have already started that process as steroids couldn't have caused this in such a short space of time! I get odd peripheral flashings with my eye since being on Pred though - sorry can't hep more....x

Why are you going from 10 to 8 in one step? 1mg at a time is more than enough.
What sort of eye feelings?

I am going at 1mg a time using dsns method. i know it may not make sense, but it feels like stabbing feelings and some tingling.

You could always check with an optician (proper one, not just dishing out specs sort) tomorrow.
