Eyes feel like they are shaking without nystagmus?

Hi everyone,
I'm new here. Had my first vertigo episode in October 2016 that lasted 2 weeks. Doc told me it was Bppv and sent me to a dizziness therapist. Had epley done and she said she didn't see nystagmus and felt that it wasn't bppv. Well it resolved and I forgot about it. Then in November I had a bad sinus cold- felt the eye movements starting so I quickly took sinus decongestants/antihistamine and steroid nasal spray. Now that went away. 4 days ago while at work on he computer I noticed my eyes felt as if they were unable to focus-- almost as if they were jerking like nystagmus except I don't have bave nystagmus that anyone can see. It has me so stressed. I don't have the dizziness (yet) but I started the decongestants and nasal spray ASAP too. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this. I'm debating to go to a specialist but not sure which to see. 2 days prior to this episode I had a brief ringing in my right ear.

I don't take the nasal spray until I feel the eye sensation- where I live it is cold right now so our heat has been kicking on a lot (forced hot air) which tends to dry me out and make me stuffy- it seemed to act up this time with that. I must say it makes me crazy bc no one else can see it (meaning family) and I just feel like my eyes are moving when they aren't- very hard to describe. Literally feel like my eyes can't stay sill when I am trying to look at something and i don't have to my vertigo this time thankfully.. but if it goes without treatment (decongestants) I'm almost positive it will turn into a full blown vertigo sensation

Hi Brittney, if you feel it's coming from your eyes i really urge you to book an appointment to go see an opthamologist. I saw numerous specialists for similar symptoms to what you're experiencing and no one could find anything. It was an orthoptics and opthamologist that found a problem with the eyes.
