Hi, long hours in front of laptop, smartphone, etc. are bound to harm our eyesa and do damages in the long run, I speak from experience. Eye drops provide temporary relief, but it is definitely not a cure, I would tackle the problem in different ways if I were you to safe guard my eyes. First and foremost, talk to your doctor, then look for some sound and reasonable suggestions online, On you tube I' ve found a video that shows various exercises for dry eyes, and I have been doing them ever since and it helps. There are also filmsy screens on the market applicable on pc monitors designed to shield light, but if you wear glasses and the the lens are of quality, they should do the job already, run a check with the store where you got them from, Just be methodical and persistent in your pursuit, you will not regret it.

Just a tip, dont work on a cell phone or computer in the dark. It can hurt your vision. Always at least have a low light on in the room.

If you use eye drops don't use anything that "gets the red out".

Just use saline drops. They make my eyes feel much better.
