Can it be said that if you wake up one day and with your eyesight some things are not clear or one thing in particular is not as clear as it was before that it might not be exactly the worst of what you think it is , it could become clearer with making sure your sleep isn't affected or because of dry Eyesight, and that it could become clearer with treatment , if anyone has a answer please reply fast.

Dry eye can cause blurry vision. If you have dry eye you will typically notice things change in how blurry they are when you blink. Lubricating drops typically resolve these symptoms. However there are other things that can cause blurry vision. Cataracts-they will cause blurred vision and depending on which layer the cataract is on it can be fast developing. If it is cataracts your vision will remain blurry. If it is Dry eye the blurry vision will come and go. I would recommended seeing your eye doctor for peace of mind.

Dry eye would usually be accompanied by a feeling of dryness, not so much burred vision. It affects less the vision, more the corneal tearing. That would mean itchiness, or a sense if having dust in the eyes, and it would normally affect both eyes, not just one.

Eye drops would immediately set this straight, at least temporarily. But if it persists, it could be a side effect of another condition and might need more in-depth treatment.

Persistent blurry vision could be a number of things and it is best to consult an ophthalmologist.
