Face swelling, pulsating tinnitus in the right ear, dizziness

Hello everybody. I'm 23. Male. I have conditions which are repeated 2-3 times a week at least for two years. After physical exercises (like a pull ups, push ups etc except cardio like a run), sex, some kind of stress, my face starts to swell , vision starts to be less clear: sharpness decreases, some flies and blinks appear, also this condition causes dizziness. Sometimes in this condition i feel taste of blood in my mouth and saliva with blood. Also for a long time i have a pulsative tinnitus (noise only in the my right ear, according my heartbeat). This noise appears independently of my condition and depends on blood pressure (when i press my neck by finger noise disappears for this time). All of these symptoms usually lasts for about 30-40 hours.

Last winter I lost my consciousness after a set of the symptoms of the condition. Symptoms were on a maximum. I was hospitalized and doctors diagnosed epilepsy because when I was without consciousness (few seconds) I had some convulsions. I treated epilepsy for a while but it has no effect and my symptoms go on.

Different types of investigations have been done:

MRI of the brain: asymmetric expansion of the cerebrospinal fluid space, arachnoid cyst of the left frontal region without disturbance of cerebrospinal fluid dynamics, asymmetric venous outflow (d>>s)

Ultrasound of brachiocephalic arteries: arterial blood flow is normal, decrease in venous outflow of blood through the left internal jugular vein

MRI of the chest: normal

Ultrasound of the kidneys, adrenal glands, thyroid, bladder : normal

Hormones: normal

Allergy and angioedema were excluded (by IgE, C3,C4, C1 -INH)

Urological examination: normal

I have elevated level of antistreptolysin o (500) but reumatologist said that it's ok.

I still can't find a reason of my condition but i think it's more likely that something going on with my blood flow.

I really want to hear any opinions about that. Thank you/
