Yes, as well as my toes. Go to anxietycentre and read all the possible symptoms, it may comfort you a little to realize the possible effects of stress. Reading through symptoms helped me put my mind to ease, I know it is annoying these darn symptoms.

Hello Nicola, not sure how long its been going on but here is one reason for your issue.

Tingling face, a feeling of “pins and needles” in your face, can have many causes. Tingling face is a result of nerve dysfunction or nerve damage. ... Alternatively, tingling face may be caused by neuropathy, a disorder in which the nerves that relay signals between the body and the brain do not function properly.

If it's seems worrisome, get checked.

Hope this helps. Do some research. Feel better

I’ve had this before a lot of times! Especially when I used to suffer with migraines - do you suffer with migraines or headaches? It would feel as if something was crawling under my skin on my face at times too. Also tingling in fingers and feet sometimes, I read somewhere it can be anxiety and stress related - do you feel stressed at all? I wouldn’t worry I just believe it’s one of those weird body feelings we can’t say what it is and just comes and goes!! X

It is a stress reaction, my doctor said. There are a lot of symptoms attributed to anxiety that are surprising.
