have had tingling in feet to head including tongue, sometimes in multiple locations, sometimes just one or two which can last for hours. sometimes turns into pins and needles which was particularly bothersome. feet and/or tongue are most frequent issue sites.

both ortho and neuro doc ruled out any back issues causing tingling as its both sides at once. current view is its associated with rhuematoid arthritis which i've known about and have been treating for 20 years. am now on low dosage of gabapentin which seems to have reduced but not eliminated the tingling. no pins and needles at least since i started gaba!

but it came right after workout light i did. why and how to solve?

if it was back/spine related understand that the tingling would be on one side only and only below whatever disc is causing the issue (per both ortho and neuro docs). I'd recommend an appointment to a neurologist who can check for multiple root causes (requires blood work, emg, etc). If neuro doc think it's not nerve related he can refer you to ortho or other doc as needed.I made both ortho and neuro doc appointments when I ruled out medication as the root cause. Saw ortho doc first since could get in there first... he independently ruled out my neck/spine as the issue. Neuro visit came next and he agreed with ortho doc.

u think i will need a surgrey or will it solvable with rest?

sorry no idea. there's other options between rest and surgery like various drugs to calm the nerves. thats what im doing and so far ok
