Face worm thing

Hi, I have a wavy redish line on both sides of my face, kind of resembles a worm under the skin. It has been here for a couple months, but will eventually go away and come back again.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thank you.

    Hi Jelly - are you taking any meds - heart meds, blood thinners, statins etc?

      Hi wayne, thank you for the reply. Only taking baby aspirin to thin the blood. I'm 57 years old. I just recently noticed it is on my neck on one side as well.

      Hi again Jelly - could well be the aspirin. Do the lines appear more ponounced in the morning when you get up? Also wondering whether you have had any problems with dematitis at all?
