Facial and body flush after alchol

Hi guys! In the last 5 years i have experienced some strange symptoms like facial and body flushing after alcohol. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen every time when i drink, actually it happens rare, but when it does my heart start racing, i have some really strange alcohol/fruit taste after deep exhale, and my face start burning when it starts, after that its turning red, and then it will filled up with red patches, especially where i have had some marks, in some cases the red marks appear in my back, neck and shoulders. I'm not Asian, and it doesn't happen all the time, which make me want to think that it is not enzyme deficiency, but i do not have idea what could it be. So, guys.. help
