Facial flushing issues

Not sure if this is the right area but thought id post here because I have type 1 diabetes.

My history is:

Aged 31

Male

Type 1 Diabetes - aged 13

IBS - aged 24

Migraines - aged 28

Currently going through some extreme and unpleasant symptoms and the main one is facial flushing, my face will become warm and feel like its sweating but is actually dry when touched, theres no redness or rash. This typically lasts between a day or two. They are not like a normal hot flush that might last a few minutes.

GP has the attitude of put up and shut up because her routine bloods have come back normal and Endocrinologist has done all the tests she has said she can do and they are normal.

This is causing my to have low mood and depression because i cant do everyday tasks when the facial flushing is there and nothing helps it.

I seriously dont know what to do.
