Facial numbness/tingling/burning (cheeks/chin/outsidemy nose)

I am a C-5, C-6 quadriplegic. In January of 2017 I agreed to have a bicep tenodesis on my right shoulder, but shortly after I started feeling numbness and tingling in my right cheek and jaw. It is getting a little worse. I believe that my neck is impinged above the titanium they put in from C-3 to C-7, I can't be sure but my shoulders are my trunk function and my neck now cracks a lot. I have had CT scans two jaw X-Rays to test for TMJ and an MRI on my brain and neck. I cannot use my shoulder the same way and it is the only thing that is different from the surgery. Is their really coincidence? Any thoughts on what I could do or ask to prove my shoulder surgery resulted in muscular imbalance ultimately cracking my neck and pinching the nerves would rock. Doctors say "oh well that is very possible" But I want someone to say blow your money now cuz it will get worse or it will get better, but I would love something more than theories, cheers.
