I recently noticed a strange rash on my face sunday night which has since gotten worse , it doesnt tingle hurt or itch but its different to patchy dry skin. anyone! any idea what it may be ?

I was going to say it looks a bit like the early stage of herpes labialis, but since you said it doesn't itch or hurt, I don't think it is.
In this case, it could be a topical or food allergy.
Try to remember if you have introduced any new foods to your diet recently or any different cosmetics.
