Facing bumps on glan also facing bumps in scrotum. what should I do?

A couple of months ago I suddenly found some small lumps in my scrotum and they were very itchy.

Due to excessive itching, they are red and the skin is almost bursting at the site..

I found out through youtube that these are usually caused by fungus so I use a cream related to this and after seven to eight days it goes away but the bumps remain a bit

Now let's talk about a month after that

All of a sudden two weeks ago I noticed small bumps on my penis glan and they were cracking when my penis got hard and turning red.

I used that fungus cream again initially and it subsided a bit but still started again.

And I notice my skin there is getting a bit rough and it looks like the skin is damaged.

That's why I approached a dermatologist doctor last three days and he let me do some medical tests. I have attached the report.

After seeing the report he gave me soap and two creams to apply all over the body which I will use once a week.

Also give me moisturizer for the rough skin, Tell me that used it for 30 days. also give me two allergies medicine.

I have been following the medicine given by him for the last two days but yesterday suddenly another bump on my penis. That's why I can't understand what is happening to me.

No unprotected sex and last had sex one month ago. I am giving some pictures to make it an expert's view
