Facing Hemorrhoids for first time

I'm a 20y/o male with no history of complications in the anal region. For the first time, I've faced with Hemorrhoids after being affected with acute diarrhea. I thought it'll heal on it's own, but after two weeks, there are now two bumps. I don't feel any pain or discomfort, but I am worried that the condition may get worsen, or it is a more severe than regular hemorrhoids. Should I seek medical attention atm, or wait a few more days?
