Facing so many problems simultaneously. Please help!

Hello there,

First of all, some info about me: I am 26 yo and had first retracted my foreskin when I was 21 (till then I masturbated with foreskin on and didn't wash that area as I was unaware of it). I also have tight foreskin (need to pull it with slight force when flaccid and can't even think of doing it when erect).

Please help me with the following problems as they are reducing my self-confidence and forcing me to think about these again and again and I am just not able to focus on other things:

  1. I eject within just 3-4 minutes of masturbation/foreplay (I have history of oral sex with my girlfriend, that too only once). Also during masturbation I feel some pain during peak time (it feels like the skin is trying to stretch more but something is holding it up)

  2. I have a ring of tiny white dots on foreskin (this is visible when foreskin is slightly pulled and goes in when foreskin is at normal position). This doesn't really cause any pain/itching but this may be a reason of my tight foreskin I guess since this ring feels very inelastic compared to other skins areas. image image image

  3. There is a lump/expanded vein like thing under foreskin on the shaft near the head-shaft interface. This again does not cause any pain/itching but I am afraid this could be something worth concern and/or cause problem during intercourse. image

Would really appreciate your thoughts, thanks in advance!

      Hey @har76989,

Thanks for your reply! Do you have any idea as to what it could possibly be? Also, do you think the other points I mentioned also exhibit something concerning?

I'm not really sure about those white spots it might be something like fordecyte spots(not sure).

But that lump you should get it checked. Don't wanna scare you, but it could be something serious.

The other white spots could be fordyce spots or sebaceous glands. Not sure what the lump is but you should have it checked with your doctor.
