Failed Heller Myotomy and Failed POEM.

Just as the title says. What options are left? Im 27 YO Male

I started having symptoms of achalasia starting in 2011. I finally got diagnosed is 2016 and had a Heller Myotomy completed in Jan of 2017. Symptoms went away for a solid 8 months but have slowly progressed since. ive had 4 baloon dialations since 2017 measuring up to ~28mm. Just yesterday I went under for a POEM procedure. The doctors told me that my mucosa lining was so scarred that it just couldnt be cut. it failed. Im scared/worried about whats next.
