Failed labrum surgery [Question about the suture anchors]

Hi, I had a labrum repair recently, 3 anchors anterior/inferior and the surgery failed. I'm feeling the same symptoms as before surgery but worse, and loud popping/grinding sensation.

I can't consult a doctor because I lost my insurance, and public doctor will take months, and maybe years to get another surgery done.

Does these loose anchors can cause future problems in my shoulder?

How long take to dissolve them? They're bioabsorvable anchos, PEEK I guess.
