FALLING FOR NO REASON: OUCH!!!

Hey Ladies...
Has any one of you experiencing FALLING for no apparent reason? I fell to the ground FIVE times last year. Thank The Lawd, no one was looking or around! I quickly got up, as if nothing had happened! For the sake of clarity: I was walking at my normal pace, and ALL of a sudden, BOOM! I hit the ground! This happened on FIVE different occasions, when I was just walking, plain & simple! I was PRONE TO FALLING! This year I have NOT fallen! Hallelujah! That being said, I BELIEVE this is yet another conundrum related to the meno trios and the imbalanced hormones! Can anyone relate?

This seems odd to me. I haven't come across anyone else mentioning this. Did you black out at all? I know someone (a man) who has had two or three very short blackouts that have led to him falling, off his bike as it happens. He has had to have a lot of tests (cardiology and neurology) to rule anything out and now has an implanted ECG. I would personally discuss this problem with a medical professional. But I am glad it hasn't happened this year, it must be very scary.

Hey CP...
I did NOT blackout at all. It is hormonal-related postmenopause; it came and left. IDK what to say anymore regarding the COUNTLESS symptoms we experience during the meno trios. Somedays, I am baffled... at the number of things that happen to my body and mind, while deep in the throes of this tsunami!

not heard of this one, i sometimes feel extremely dizzy and off balance for a few seconds but never actually fallen, it might be worth asking for some tests xx

Hey Toria..
No tests needed, it is hormonal imbalance. One of my friends friend experienced the exact same thing, and became petrified to walk outside. SMH. Sooo... sad!

Vivian yes this happened to me once while entering my drs office. Other times feeling like i was going to fall over face forward. I know other women who have experienced this. This too will pass. I had to give up wearing heels when this was happening, plus feeling dizzy, off balanced didn't help. It's a awful feeling that comes out of nowhere. There was a time when i was afraid to leave my house. In time Vivian it will leave. Praying for you 🙏
