I think I would try and write down your timeline / history of what you have suffered, with the medications, and then ask for a session with your GP to review where you are and what the priorities should be. Sometimes the side effects of medication can cause problems, so it might be an idea to look those up on the advice leaflet in the packet. Also any patterns of when you feel worse than others.

i am just in the process of doing everything you have mentioned, my gp wants me to cut the antidepressants in half that may stop the sweating and headache, they are so painful all down the left side of my head ear eye neck, shoulder, and the buzzing its I keep mentioning it to my gp she doesn't seem overly concerned.

TSH = Tyroid Stimulating Hormone - This refers to the homone the pituitory gland in the brain is producing to kick start a struggling thyroid gland. The higher the level, the higher the gland is having to stimulate the thyroid. It stands to reason therefore, that is hypothroidism (thyroid levels too low) this level will be above the norm which is around 3 to 4.5
T4 = This is the thyroid protiens being bound together and again is a indicated as to how much the thyroid is struggling. Normal levels between 10 and 24. Yours are fine.
The top and bottom of it is that whilst your thyroid is struggling, the replacement thyroid you are taking in the form of levothyroxine is doing it's job. However, it is a very fine balancing act to get the levels right and not send you into hyperthyroidism instead - where you have too much thyroid in your system. You will have regular bloods tests to ensure your levels are correct.
Sertraline is certainly responsible for many of the side effects you mention and lowering the dose is good practice. The tremors, sweats, palpitations, headaches, pressure etc could be. However, just to muddy the waters, the menopause also can create these!
You really need to unravel specific symptoms and I do feel your own GP is the best person to speak to about this. Book a half hour appointment and go armed with notes and questions.
Good Luck x
