False ecg reading due to stress?

I went in for a ecg due to dizzy spells and low blood pressure. Before my appointment i had a huge fight with my husband and i was screaming and yelling. My ecg showed my left ventricle was very strong and he called it lvh. Could this be fa lse due to me having so much stress a few hours before???

I don't know about that, but I was told quite a while back that I have concentric LVH and I've also been on SSD for 20 years. But, if your doctor said your left ventricle is strong, that doesn't make sense that you also have LVH, unless , of course, you're a trained athlete.
