Family of elderly nafld patient I don't know what to do or expect

my nanny has been diagnosed with non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis and we are finding it hard to deal with. she has sadly gone down hill very fast. she is suffering with utis regularly and has been having memory problems. her personality has changed also. as a family we are finding it very hard as we don't really know much. is there anyone out there that can give us some advice.
