2 weeks after op and half my sutures out I have dicovered a hair washing shower cap that really works - you heat it in the microwave for20 secs put it over your hair and massage- no bending or twisting and no danger of getting wound wet.Remove the shower cap and your hair is washed!!! no rinsing just towel dry and style - amazing.

i got it on Amazon

What a great idea, will check that out.  Ideal for when you are in a rush or have to get up early in the morning to catch a plane or something.  Thanks for the information.

    Hi Valerie

What  a brilliant find I'd never heard of anything like this before. Just checked Amazon and it has got really good reviews. I didn't have any problems washing my hair but for those who have more difficulty this looks good.

    thanks for sharing.

    Hi Valerie

Its wonderful how we can find things when we need them......I must look for that.

What I got from Amazon during my 6 week period was a shampoo that you squeeze onto your head....while sitting.....then lather it and then towel it dry....no rinsing

I found it good but must look for the cap as well......my probloem is I still have a sore back and to wash my hair I bend over the bath and use the shower attachment......sometimes I'nm so sore I just dont want to do that so use the no water no rinse shampoo but the more things we have in our armoury the better LOL

    Love
