Farting like a seaside donkey! & Vitamins

Does anyone have any good ideas of how to stop the gas side effect? I haven't had any other bad experiences.. so far!! Its getting really bad! Any help please?

Also.. what Vitamins are you all taking with Orlistat? (if any) Can anyone recommend a good one?

    Hi Catherine

    Wind - er can't suggest anything, it does get better with time, just stick with it.

    I just take a cheap multivitamin every day. I don't think there is much to choose between them.

    BTW anyone else having problems logging in?

    Well, quite a few months in and the wind effects are still dreadful.

    I take berocca every day and it does help. I haven't had a cold or anything for weeks!

    i used to just type in the site and it would log me in automatically, came on yesterday and had to do it manually, lucky i still had the email, cos i completley forgot my password.

    Im taking orlistat to loose the weight that i put on while on those depression drugs - citalopram. Ive been clean since january and looking forward to 6 week weigh in tom - hopefully lost at least a stone.
