Muscle twitching is very common with fibro it was one of my first symptoms. I started taking magnesium every night and it has helped a ton! I still get random twitches but I think nothing of it now!

Did you have to get a emg done on your muscles to make sure it wasn't anything else?

Hi angel10949 , I'm affraid that it's yet another of the ailments of having fibromyalgia, I have heard a lot about people taking magnesium as faith2016 mentioned but you have to be careful as magnesium into high doses can be bad for you, I went to check with my gp about taking magnesium after hearing so many people taking about it but it's in some of the medication that I already take so I was advice not to take supplements as well,

it worth checking though I've heard it helps people sleep and you get oils as well, something's work for some but not all off use we are all different,

    are you on muscle relaxers
