So how often do you episodes of palpitations? How long do episodes last for?

Do you feel faint when they happen? Have you ever fainted?

    The CP you’re experiencing :

Does it hurt when you press/massage your chest muscles?

What does the pain feel like and how severe is is?

these episode are felt most oftenly after smoking a cigarette or when i feel gas or indigestion in my stomach, if the palpitations dont i can fell fast heart if i place my hand on my chest.

i have never fainted during the episode.

sometimes it hurts sometimes not when i press the chest.sometimes i also feel bubbles in the left side of chest.

the pain feels like a pinch in  the left hand but in the chest its like a regular feeling that occurs like a muscle pain.

my doctor thinks that it is anxiety neurosis

infact my blood pressure is always normal

and the maximum heart rate i have faced was 140+(only once)

during the episode it ranges between 85 bpm and 105 bpm.

When you had HR of 140bpm - what were you doing? Had you just done exercise or did it come on whilst resting?

Are you sure it went up to that rate?

yes i m sure about the heart rate but it happened only once about 3 months ago accompanied by an upset stomach.

no i was at rest at that time

    Hi,

?This could be several things, what does your doctor think it is ? have you had recent surgery ? there's a possibility it could be a pulmonary embolism, anyone is prone to these and if severe enough it will kill you. have you had any heart tests, scans or an endoscopy to see what's causing your digestion problems. Gall stones can mimic angina pain, the list goes on.
