Fast heart rate

Hello everyone .  I have always been a very nervous person and have panic attacks, usually heart related.  I have had test done and all that was found was PVC's which they tell me won't kill me   lol   while working outside yesterday i could feel my heart beating really hard.I came in and used my pulse meter, something i should never do, and my heart rate was 126. That of course, set me on a down hill spiral .  My rate did come down after resting,   I find now , by wearing the meter, that even walking to the kitchen my rate goes up to 100.  Now i am scared to do anything.  Is this increase in rate "normal"  What is everyones resting, activity rate  ? I do have COPD which, i'm sure, makes it worse

Hang in there, earlier this year I also developed pvc's and at first, my rate would increase just by taking a few steps.  When I go on a walk and climb a hill, my heart feels as though it's going to jump out of my chest.  When on a treadmill, my rate can go up 145-150 (according to the treadmill) this is a cardio excercise rate.

On top of that, I would feel brief one second symptoms on left / right chest  area including my left side.  Have zero idea what to make of all this as it just came on suddenly (one night).  I am not a nervous person and it still worries me when I feel something or the beat feels slightly different, etc.

I told my doctor everything I encountered and nothing has scared him.

Thank you for the input.  It makes me feel better to know others feel the same thing and these symptoms are more common than i realized

Normal heart rate is 60 to 100 bpm.

Same thing happened to me, from rest to taking a few steps would increase my rate to around 110bpm.  Now it’s not happening but I can feel my heart beat all the time.  Even when resting my beat will get more intense, out of the blue making things uncomfortable.

I hate this anxiety so much. I was so bad today i even kept the monitor on when i did dish's and went to the bathroom.  Each time my rate went up but came right back down when i sat down.  I'm going to drive myself, and hubby, crazy  lol

It does get better, especially if you keep occupied.  I never purchased a wrist monitor, purchased one of those pulse oxygen finger sensors.  Few times I had a run of multiple pvc's, that will wake you up.  Stopped drinking any caffeine, don't think it helped.  My sleeping pattern is awful, used to get 8 hours no problem.  Even purchased a sleep monitor pad to monitor rate and breaths, noticed I get no deep slow now.  At night, in bed, if I raise my hand high above my head, get this weird pulsing / tingle in fingertips.  The only positive is people have much worse symptoms.  Sadly, nowadays for a doctor to care you really need a event to happen.

Doctor said a lot of skinny people feel their heart beat.  Like I have always experienced this.  Cardiologist cannot explain my constant feeling of beats, even when 60bpm.  Also makes one feel warm and fuzzy, lol.
