Fast heart rate and palpitations.

I am 19 and for the Past 4 to 6 months I am facing heart palpitations and fast heart rate accompanied by digestion problems and acidity sometimes. My Blood Pressure is always normal.

But sometimes at least once in a day i feel tingling and pain in my left arm and chest accompanied by shortness of breath.

P.S: I also smoke about 6 to 8 cigarettes a day.

    I know u r young, but I wouldn’t suggest u see a doctor about this. Good luck.

    Google vagus nerve with digestion/palpitations and a lot will come up. Pressure from the stomach causes a lot of heart type symptoms.

    Hi afaq23042 - you must consult a doctor about this and get all the necessary tests done. It could be a digestive problem, or it could be the heart. I wonder whether these tingles you experience occur after exertion, a meal, or just out of the blue?
