Fast heart with SSRI/SNRI

I currently take Mirtazapine 30mg but due to weight gain I have been trying extremely hard to switch Antidepressant. I have tried Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Escitalopram etc basically nearly everyone except paroxetine, venlafaxine and vortioxetine (won't give me this one as its expensive). However I have never been able to make it past the first few days as they seem to trigger my chest pain (have heart condition) and they make my heart beat fast despite being on Bisoprolol (beta-blocker)

did anyone get these fast heart rates and did they go after some time? is it worth my pursuing through the horrible panic attacks and fast heart rates or does that side effect not pass?
