Fasting blood glucose levels

I recently got my blood work done and my blood glucose level landed right on the maximum recommended value(100 mg/dL). I deem myself to have a pretty healthy lifestyle: I am not sedentary, I don't eat any processed food, I follow a 16:8 intermittent fasting eating pattern and pay a good deal of attention on what I eat,. I usually get 2 Meals a day + an occasional snack in between(that can be either seeds or an handful of fat less homemade popcorn). The 2 main meals instead include veggies, seeds, eggs, wholegrain products and Legumes.
Thus I am a bit surprised of the result, should I be concerned? If yes, what is the best way to keep it monitored??
Thanks
