Fatigue

Is anybody else extremely fatigued. I had covid 4 weeks ago and I'm still so tired. I don't no if it's the illness or hormones. I used to get up at 8 or 8:30, now it's 10 or 10:30. It's horrible. I still have a mild cough also, and sneezing.

Beth I understand your frustration. I am now 3 weeks post covid. At times I am fatigue and bad headaches. Today I felt off balanced and dizzy

I am now confused because I don't know if it's covid lingering or hormones. I just hate this

    Hoping you feel better soon.

I know it's very confusing. I didn't think a virus could have effects this long. I hope you feel better too.

I just wish I had more energy. I stress a lot especially about my daughter. I am pretty sure I have PTSD from her having cancer. Now everytime she has something go wrong, I start stressing. It's really not a easy way to live. I'm sure that is most of my issues,it probably makes perimenopause worse.

I have my moments were I'm ok,but it's almost like being on constant alert. It's been almost 13 yrs since she was diagnosed, but anything that happens to her freaks me out. It's been really bad the past couple of months. I really try to just live day by day.
