Does anyone else suffer from this? I feel so tired all the time and lots of headaches, I used to go to the gym I just can't be bothered anymore, I've been on orlistat 7 weeks

I have never been one to get a headache often but Fatigue yes.
Mine is most likely due to three crazy kids I have running around. But I do know that if you are suffering from it a lot, along with other symptoms (like headaches) it is likely you are suffering a vitamin deficiency. With orlistat it is suggested to take a multivitamin before bed so you can absorb fat soluble vitamins. Are you doing this? If not try it for a week and see if it helps.
