Oh dear me that concoction of drugs int helping!

Why did you need a flu vaccination? Your body is perfectly adequate in dealing with infections and virii.

I gave up all medications, started intense exercise and ate wholefoods. I have never felt better. You dont need D3 supplements, get out in the sun more, half hour a day is all you need.

And take up a hobby or interest that makes you happy. Ditch the negative in your life.

Hi Mohsen, check your diet and see if you have been consuming foods high in oxalates. If you have it would explain almost all the symptoms your getting. Google oxalate symptoms. Also lowoxalate.info  this website explains how to slowly reduce your oxalate consumption and how your body reacts when your go on a low oxalate diet. Best of luck. You can find lists of food with their oxalate content on the web.
